Sarah Oliphant and Adelaide Tyrol started the studio around 1978. Since then Oliphant Studio has been painting scenic murals for photographers, film producers, advertisers, architects, interior designers, and many others. Our backdrops are used for film, TV, print, catalog, trade shows, special events, theatrical, interiors, and much much more.
We offer the full services of an art studio – from initial design concepts, to detailed color renderings through to the final product. We work both on location and in our studio, depending on the requirements of our clients. We also have a rental stock of over 2.000 backdrops.
